Ban first remix projects

Hi, scratch team, if you are reading this, please do something. When a famous scratcher makes a project or a project gets on the front page, there are many remixes that aren't adding your ideas to the project or improving it (like making it mobile friendly) or a reaction to a comic chapter, but stuff like “1st remix!!!!!1!!11” changed by five pixels or not changed at all. Even if it's changed, it's not remixed to improve the project, but just to have a remix. I think it should be banned because it's spam clogging this website that doesn't show creativity. I'm sure many scratchers agree with me.
when I receive [first remix lol woohoo!!!!1!! v]
add [the creator of the project] to [the spammers of scratch v]
play sound [confused noices v]
think [what is the reason of this and who started it?]
point towards [scratch team v]
say [ban this, please!]

Remixes that don't change anything or have an insignificant change from the original project are already not allowed on Scratch, so please report them if you come across them.

If there is a meaningful change to the project, then it is considered a valid remix, which is not a problem even if it proclaims to be the first remix. If it doesn't make a meaningful change, then it's not a valid remix and can already be reported. So this just boils down to the usual strategy of reporting exact copies of projects.

Even if it is as simple as recoloring one sprite, that's still allowed.

Actually, recolors aren't allowed even if you change the colour of everything

Do you have a source for that?

I wish that were the case but sadly ST has stated that recolors are allowed.
