the code is a little hard to read, but i believe that if you only have Kris in your party then it will heal half of their max HP, but if you have multiple characters then it will heal 1/5 of their max HP eachit heals 70it usually heals like 55HP, but the wiki says 50%. I'm not sure. Is it spamton NEO normal? or spamton NEO Snowgrave?

that's unfortunately true. lots of fangame makers are going to unhappy. lots of them. unless Toby Fox decides to incorporate some of their ideas… but i doubt that'll happen.since ch 3&4 are estimated to release soon (i hope), what are your predictions?that everyone is gonna be upset the all the cool fangames make no sense.

since ch 3&4 are estimated to release soon (i hope), what are your predictions?if Toriel does end up appearing in chapter 3 as a party member similar to Noelle in chapter 2, I imagine she could have a spell similar to PSI Fire in Earthbound the same way Ice Shock is like PSI Freeze. PSI Fire targets a whole row of enemies, though, so that'll be interesting.
Another thing. If this ends up being the case and the game continues with the pattern of “weird route by manipulating additional party member with a spell similar to a PSI attack from Earthbound,” then that makes way for some interesting possibilities. PSI Thunder, for example, has a chance to strike a random enemy. PSI Flash is used on all enemies and has a chance to apply effects, and can even instantly kill at higher levels. PSI Starstorm and PSI Rockin are also all-enemy attacks that deal lots of damage, and Toby has already put magical star attacks in his games (look no further than the Asriel fight).

yeah funilly enough through my first play through I though she was a boy till snowgrave got me realizing shes trans loli didnt realize that noelle was trans :skull:you okay there buddy
