I'm pretty sure that's not true. I would recommend not using works not made by you in Scratch projects unless you have permission from the copyright owner, or it is known to be public domain.

Fair Use allows limited parodies as well as limited educational use without permission, but it likely does not include what you are making.
It's also because Nintendo rarely gets to see even one Scratch project, so they can't take down enough projects.

Hi!!

I am a fan of Battle Cats, quirky and fun at the same time. I don't think I am eligible for a playtester though, although I am a worker at the City Shop (A requests topic shop on Scratch where you do art, music etc. orders for other Scratchers, I am an artist in Vector Scratch). Firstly, I want to ask some quirky questions.

Are you up to Into the Future in the game (not the scratch port)? If so, did you beat ITF Dubai?
What's your strongest Uber Rare?
What level is your Basic Cat at the moment?

Secondly, I still want to join as a playtester. Here's my form.

What is your past experience in major collabs/projects? (please provide links to them): No major past collaborations. I have a team of members willing to collaborate to the 2027 collab The Oscar Lands! (Note that the topic was made by @mewingcat456, that's my old account.)
How much time commitment are you willing to put in?: I don't really get this but on weekdays probably after 3:30pm and then a few hours and then I leave, weekends I can do until 6:15pm
How confident are you in your own job? (1-10): 7.648 (I mean it!)
Why would you like to apply?: I am a fan of Battle Cats and I know nearly everything about how it works. I also want to see how much I can collaborate here as a playtester. Finally, there's not much stuff to do on Scratch anymore and I need to fill my Scratch timetable again.

Finally, should it be Battle Cats Unite? I don't think it's Battle Cats Ultimate, Battle Cats Unite is the Nintendo Switch port.

i am up to the end of uncanny legends. i am FAR past into the future and cats of the cosmos.
i have around 50 ubers but my personal strongest might be immortal yukimura (lvl 50, with talents)
20+90 (the maximum possible level)

that wasn’t a typo. battle cats ultimate is an open source version of the engine which is both a sandbox and unit/level editor. you are not required to use it but i do recommend looking into it!

i am almost convinced you are trolling

scratch projects uploaded to the website are required to use the CC BY-SA 2.0 license. this license requires you to use credit. you are not required to obtain rights to use the ip.

i own neither of these units lol
considering where you are in the game though, any uber will have good use for a little while
