Whenever I am on scratch I can never hear sounds I play so once I as creating a guitar project and needed another person to test the noise. I don’t know why this is happening? I am on an I-pad and usually my sound works. I don’t recall blocking the sound.

Let’s hope scratch fixes it, but in the mean time I can get friends to test.

I know that I always have this probem on iPad, but the sound seems to work on computer and phones. Hope this was helpful!

Thanks, I rarely use my computer though . Will start using it when I get a smaller one next year.

I had this same problem a few weeks ago, and I found out that turning silent mode off (silent mode and muted are two different things) fixed the issue.

The bell icon- you might have to go into settings depending on your iPad model, otherwise there will be a manual switch in the side of the iPad. You can also enable its toggle in the control center.

Yep silent mode got that? But how come other things work with it on silent mode

Silent mode silences webpages (and things that are really webpages in the background, but don't appear to be on the surface), along with notifications and whatever else it blocks.
