Specify what the definition of both instances of “scratch” are, and you can easily find the answer to this question.

Scratch (as in this website) = scratch (surface imperfection, the kind of thing you can make with your fingernail)? False
Scratch (website) = scratch (verb, to make a scratch (noun))? False
