Blue black vs gold white dress
Okay dunno if you noticed but theirs this picture of a dress thats tearing up the internet. People can't decide if its blue&black or white&gold. I wanna know what freaky colors you see. I actually see gold and blue.
You are NOT allowed to say if you disagree with someone else. Just post what colors you do see. Lets not start a war over a ugly dress, k?
Heres da pic;

This is the studio I made for it.

Blue black vs gold white dress
It started off with white and gold. My brother said it was black and blue. “You're crazy,” I said. “Only sane people see white and gold.” We brought it to my sister, who also said it was white and gold. I read the comments, one of them saying they can see both at different angles. And then it happened. It became black and blue. “It's black and blue now,” I said. “It's white and gold, you idiots!” she shouted at us. Suddenly the dress became blue and gold. However this gold was really bad. Like really bad. It was dark gold (which is terribly unattractive). So bad. Much wow. I was the balance. The insane people saw white and gold. The sane people saw black and blue. But there was a different species, who saw blue and gold. AND THEN EVERYBODY DIED. I GUESS THATS WHAT YOU GET FOR BUYING A COPY OF POKAYMANZ EMERAD ON ETSY

I can flip between the two of them when I look at it, but that's the case with many optical illusions for me.

Blue black vs gold white dress
http://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/youtube/AskAQwOBvhc/The fact that there is already a video on this blows my mind. Goes to show just how quickly the popularity of the subject has exploded. How long has the debate about it been going on at this point? Approximately a day and a half? Thought I'd share this video related to the topic:
I was hearing about the dress practically constantly today (Or yesterday? It's past 2 AM in my time zone as I'm writing this). Two of my classes even got into a discussion about it, one of which involved the teacher.

I have been thinking how it does look kind of gaudy. You are NOT allowed to say if you disagree with someone else. Just post what colors you do see. Lets not start a war over a ugly dress, k?

Now, numerous people think the dress is black and blue, but if you increases the contrast, you can see your willingness to follow any instruction to find out the answer to an unimportant question. Thank you very much and have a nice day.

All my friends see blue and black, but I see blue and gold. Sometimes it looks white.
It really depends on the picture.

I see it as white and gold (except for one time when it changed to blue and black for less than a second). I know that the dress is in fact blue and black, not white and gold like I see it. If everyone watched that AsapScience video that cheddargirl has already posted a link to, there probably wouldn't be any arguing over this.

At first, I thought it was just white and you were crazy. However, I could slowly see the dress become blue. So I see your point. Wait!! Why am I caring about this dress?!?! I've no idea how anyone sees white in the photo:

Well Here's the dress, but let's get serious.
WARNING: LOTS OF NERD STUFF

Every human is different, therefore has a different brain. Some people focus more on the background, making the dress look white. I see blue and gold because of the lighting.

I originally saw olive green and light lavender/white, but now I see white and black. I believe the actual dress was black and white but there was some weird lighting…

Fact is that the actual dress is blue and black, but it's still interesting how our perception affects how we see the single picture. I can see how people see gold in the black. It's not a very high quality photograph, and the gold tinge I see is probably from the flash of the camera or other nearby lighting. However, no matter how I look at it, I simply can't see white in that dress. It looks pretty dark blue to me. People who see white always tell me how there's only a tinge of blue there.

Today I asked my brother, who is frequently on the computer, what color he thinks the dress is. He didn't even know what I was talking about. If you've been online at all in the past 48 hours, it's kind of hard to miss. ._.
