The internet scams topic should be removed as it's dustbinned.
I would also suggest the Shrek Profile Picture and the Aviate topic to be closed but then I realized that closed topics are still useful.

Indeed.
All there was to do is to consider it done is to make the format and styling, and put the topics from the previous directory to this one and update them to the new format.
And then I’ll report it to be stickied.

Of course—By “done” I mean finishing the styling and successfully putting all of the topics from the previous directory to this one. After that is done, users should keep suggesting topics and the like and I will keep adding them.
