No support. Honestly, if you closed it yourself, 99% of the time it's for a solved problem.

I think the 24 hour timer should reset every time you open/close your topic so you can't go to crazy.

I agree, might be a little annoying if timmy gets a great idea and spams the button as fast as he can.

note: using timmy as an example for a random person, no offence meant for anyone actually named timmy

The Scratch Team would not have to take requests of reopening.
If the ST closes the topic then the option to reopen it shall not be there.
The ST should also have to ability to mark a closed topic by the owner as permanantly closed.
