maybe you could have the ability to download texture packs for scratch and you could switch between them like minecraft, you could use this to change what the website looks like, this could solve the bring back the cat block, tree remix buttons, and dark mode debates too.

Erm, what the sigma? I think I'm confused. Do you mean like userscripts used in extensions? For example, do you mean Duke Dennis being able to change the color of his dreads, shirt, and pants? If so, no support! This would be L rizz and lead to confusion across Scratch. If you'd like to do this, you can use certain extensions to change the aura of your Scratch! Have a W day!
