Have USB controllers added to extensions
Wtym? There’s a difference between this and consoles. Hold the phone! If it is actually rejected on The Official List of Rejected Suggestions, then this is impossible convincing the Scratch Team, right?

I support! This would make multiplayer games that little bit easier. I'm not sure Nintendo will be on board for their Joy-Cons being compatible with anything else other than the Switch, though.
Nintendo is fine with it, believe me. There's already tons of third-party tools, including BetterJoy and even steam. In fact, some platforms don't even need a third-party tool to use the switch controllers, but they just support them automatically, out-of-the-box.

You bought it, so you get to use it how you want! Nintendo is fine with it, believe me. There's already tons of third-party tools, including

Exactly! Nintendo's controllers use Bluetooth and USB- those are open standards! They have no intellectual property over those protocols, so I can't possibly imagine nintendo would be angry.BetterJoy and even steam. *cough* *cough* apple *cough* lightning *cough* getting apple to switch to USB-C was like pulling teeth *cough*
It's not like mega-corporations are making billions in cash off of MFI device certifications or anything… Oh wait.
Are there any MFI (Made For Iphone) gamepads out there with a lightning port??
Edit: There's no way… And, according to reviews, you need a 3rd party app to get it to work on PC!

Talk about comparability!!

Okay, I see now, that makes sense. If the Scratch Team accepts this suggestion, I think we can be fairly confident Joy-Cons will be compatible!Exactly! The wiimotes use Bluetooth. A lot of modern sensor bars (like the Although… One thing from Nintendo definitely won't work is wiimotes (unless special software tools are involved,)dolphinbar) are also Bluetooth adapters that will automatically make wiimotes work with your PC as regular controllers. Also, the dolphin emulator supports wiimotes, so we could just use some of their code.

Support! This would lead to much creativity, allowing the sigmas of Scratch to create even more projects! It will help them come up with ideas beyond the typical scope and will make it more complicated for skibidis to fanum tax their projects! I think this suggestion is a W!

I support the addition of USB Controllers because I happen to own a large number of them, and I would find it exhilarating to be able to play my games that I have made with a controller, or to make new games with the aforementioned extension.
Also, please ignore the people saying that words like Skibidi are swear-words. They are purposely trying to press your buttons.

Anyways, I also have a few controllers I own! Im still waiting for this to get added so I can use them on scratch! In the meantime, Are product review projects allowed on scratch? Because I would like to rank/rate all my controllers and suggest the best ones to buy if you're on a budget. Is that even something scratchers would be interested in?

Not sure if it's allowed, but yes I would be interested in it.

Also, it would be nice if I could connect a Switch joy con to Scratch via Bluetooth as it's beneficial and a convenience for those who like to use game controllers wirelessly, although, I doubt that I would ever use one in the future.
