Support .m4a Sound files
its just a scratch project, doesn't need to be top notch qualityWorkaround:
Rename the m4a to an mp3
(just like how you can rename an mp4 to an mp3)
But m4a has higher quality

In general it seems like a good idea to support most common sound file types. While there are existing M4A to MP3 converters that could be used, it would still be pretty useful to not have to deal with the conversion process and just be able to upload the files straight to Scratch.
although i feel like i've uploaded m4a files in the past and they worked just fine, idk

Is Scratch not allowed to support .webp files because Google made them?(#40)Apple doesn't count since they made the thing

Plenty of non-Apple things these days support .m4a files. All major browsers support them if the audio inside is in AAC format, although Firefox requires that your OS has a driver for it installed first.
