. They are technically still part of this shop, which get's you some membership benefits, but you can manage them on your own. Great for anyone looking to manage a small shop

Guidelines:

1.) I, the member, am responsible for any work I produce for the shop, if anything goes wrong with my work I am responsible

2.) I, the member, am allowed to be kicked at any time for a good reason.

3.) I, the member, will try my best

4.) Training: When you first join you will need to be trained or be able to prove that you are already trained in the art and are capable of joining your field.

Would you like to prove that you are ready just to join? Ask for a joining challenge under your application.

5.) Primary Purpose Rule: Your Skill is your Primary Purpose, its what you do best, here's an explanation of the rule and how the shop operates. Anyone may take any order but they are responsible for it and completing it. Lets say someone's skill is music but they take an art request, thats ok. But if an artist in 10 minutes of less also requests to do the same order, the artist get's to do it since its his skill. But this only works for 10 minutes after the music man claimed it

. Works the same way for all deps. If two music people claim the same order, saying no artist asked for it 10 minutes afterward, the music man who claimed it first gets to do it
