Support. If cubeupload gets shut down, countless Scratchers will lose the ability to host images.

Cubeupload is slowly dying and assets.scratch.mit.edu does not work. New filterbot is also too harsh to post. Censorship to appeal towards younger audiences aged 5-9 is becoming more and more of a problem for aged and mature Scratch users. Considering the fact that ST is trying to appeal towards a younger audience does make sense, because they are the reason Scratch exists, but it does not mean that older audiences like parents or maturing/matured audiences should be censored just because they used the work d@ng it or designers mentioning the failed Adobe merger site which to Adobe released a competitor called Adobe XD. i removed the extra parts i wrote after this because i thought they might be a tad bit harsh on the ST's attempt to make Scratch favorable to everyone but in turn also ended up kinda making everyone madder than they were.

New filterbot is also too harsh to post.Scratch needs to be safe for young children, and it's next to impossible for Scratch to monitor the whole website considering their team and the website's traffic, so there needs to be strict auto-moderation tools to catch bad comments before they get posted (While there's many false positives, filters can't be perfect rn, and when it's strict, it catches many actually bad comments.).

What if the censoring required things get censored only to audiences that are immature (yes my idea is very dumb and take this very lightly with a pinch of salt)New filterbot is also too harsh to post.Scratch needs to be safe for young children, and it's next to impossible for Scratch to monitor the whole website considering their team and the website's traffic, so there needs to be strict auto-moderation tools to catch bad comments before they get posted (While there's many false positives, filters can't be perfect rn, and when it's strict, it catches many actually bad comments.).Considering the fact that ST is trying to appeal towards a younger audience does make sense, because they are the reason Scratch exists, but it does not mean that older audiences like parents or maturing/matured audiences should be censored just because they used the work d@ng it or designers mentioning the failed Adobe merger site which to Adobe released a competitor called Adobe XD. i removed the extra parts i wrote after this because i thought they might be a tad bit harsh on the ST's attempt to make Scratch favorable to everyone but in turn also ended up kinda making everyone madder than they were.Young children could be seeing those too, so mature audiences also need to be censored.

yet i still see profanity on imgurBig bump - with the forums recently coming back, assets.scratch.mit.edu images can no longer be posted.Imgur!!! They banned inappropiate content (finally)
(This is the first image I've uploaded to cubeupload in probably quite a while.)
This means many forumers' primary image host (including mine) is now gone. With all the others being unsuitable for personal image hosting (Wikipedia, Scratch Wiki etc), being paid (photobucket, imageshack) or cubeupload not having the best uptime and requiring an account, we no longer have any reliable (and excellent) options for image hosting.
We now need this suggestion more than ever.

Support. Cubeupload has frequent downtimes and this could help. ImgBB sounds like a good choice for a new image hosting site tbh.

Support. Cubeupload has frequent downtimes and this could help. ImgBB sounds like a good choice for a new image hosting site tbh.I think that imgbb is a pretty good image hoster, too. I don't know what the Scratch Team thinks of the website yet, so it should be something that they could add, in case CubeUpload dies off.

Big bump - with the forums recently coming back, assets.scratch.mit.edu images can no longer be posted.NO, you can just change “a” to “%61” and “get_image” to “scratchr2/static/.%2E/.%2E” like this:
(This is the first image I've uploaded to cubeupload in probably quite a while.)
