You know _: )_ or _: D_ or _: P_ emojis? These are what I call “catmojis” since they are expressions of Scratch cat facing torwards the scratcher. However, there aren't enough of these in my opinion.

There isn't any sad emojis in the scratch emoji catalogue. It's a very common expression, and some scratchers even decide to flip scratch cat's teeth in some projects to make him appear sad. We should probably add it because of this. Also the fact that even the forums have this emoji.

Another one is the surprised emoji. I am also surprised (yes) this isn't in scratch. I sometimes add surprised mouths to Scratch Cat in my project, as well as some other scratchers. This inspired me to suggest a suprised emoji for Scratch.

Thats not neccessarily how this works. The reason lists of suggestions is banned is so that people can easily discuss about a suggestion without having some other discussion happenning at the same time. In this case, the suggestion is to “add more catmojis”, and it would not be problematic to be discussing about multiple specific catmojis, as it would all contribute to the same final question of wether or not more of them should be added.

First off, it doesn't.
Second, this emoji does resemble being surprised, or eyes with stars.
Cite your sources and support your opinion better.

I do think it would be nice, refreshing even, to have some new Scratch emojis. I often see people saying “:pensive:”, hence why I propose a pensive cat emoji be added to Scratch. There's an entire topic dedicated specifically to adding a pensive emoji to Scratch here.
I, myself considered the starry-eyed one (_**_) to be a pretty good representation of a surprised face. At least, that's how several people (including me) interpret it.

Yes….there should be a cat emoji with a tear (like that one emoji) because for some reason there are not any sad cat emojis….
