Saving Scratch Code
Dear team and Students,
Have any of us thought of the day that code developed in Scratch could be saved just the same as Visual Studio .NET C# and VB .NET? When will it be possible for Scratch code to be saved like programming languages used in colleges and universities, please? Saves time while the heart ache of re - developing Scratch code in years to come.
How to build GUI using Scratch? Any topic on it, please?
Will there be books more than basic for sale online by MIT? Advance books on Scratch coding.
Please seek ideas to save code just like Python and Visual Studio .NET.
Thanks

Saving Scratch Code
Hello, Don8080!
I'm not sure exactly what you mean by saving projects. If you mean saving projects, Scratch automatically saves projects to your account, or you could use the “Save to your computer” button under the file menu to save scratch projects without signing in. If you're talking about converting Scratch to other languages, there is no official tools for this.
Also, to make a GUI in scratch, you would generally create a lot of the “button” sprites and add actions under when sprite clicked. You can click the checkbox next to variables to make them show up on the stage.
If there's anything else you would like help with, please ask and I or another member of the community will reply and try to help you get your problem resolved.
Have fun making projects in Scratch! And if you need inspiration, you can always look at the Explore tab.

Saving Scratch Code
Auto-save usually takes place, though you can manually save your project.
