Male and Female 'singer' voices in the speech section
Why would a “time signature” block be needed? One beat in 4/4 is the same as one beat in 3/4.One bar in 3/4 is different from one bar in 4/4. Scratch is meant to be simple, though, so I agree that a time signature block is unnecessary. If someone wants to make more complex music, they can easily find a better alternative.

Yes, but if this were to work like the music extension (which I assume it would), then it would be measured in beats, not measures.Why would a “time signature” block be needed? One beat in 4/4 is the same as one beat in 3/4.One bar in 3/4 is different from one bar in 4/4.
