You can change the appearance of blocks by exporting a project, compressing it into a .ZIP, and accessing the text labels and decals of certain thing through a .txt file (I think, may be something else). Then changing the .ZIP file into a .sb3 file, and loading it in scratch.

Yes, though projects that showcase hacked blocks might get NFEd, all at once no longer does anything special because the functionality was removed, previous costume is not really a hacked block, it is just there for functionality, and the while block is the same as repeat until not.(Oh ok but can i use the blocks without, you know (Getting banned)My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Chrome 126.0.0.0, No Flash versions detected

And the red block is also basically the 1.x obsolete block, it does nothing and is a placeholder.Yes, though projects that showcase hacked blocks might get NFEd, all at once no longer does anything special because the functionality was removed, previous costume is not really a hacked block, it is just there for functionality, and the while block is the same as repeat until not.(Oh ok but can i use the blocks without, you know (Getting banned)My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Chrome 126.0.0.0, No Flash versions detected

Then changing the .ZIP file into a .sb3 file, and loading it in scratchNot exactly. From what I can tell .sb3 files are just ZIP files with a different file extension. With that in mind you can change the file extension of an .sb3 file to .zip and look inside.
.
The Zip folder contains the assets for the sounds and costumes/backdrops. Along with a JSON file called ‘project.json’. This is kind of like the ‘list’ type in Scratch, but 10x more powerful (best way I can explain it in Scratch terms haha). You can then open this JSON file, find the reference to the sprite you want to use, and add the specific block to it like that. All you have to do then is save it, and change the file extension back to a .sb3 and open it up in Scratch.
