A large number of my students are unable to log in to their scratch accounts. I have reset their passwords with very little success. Does anyone have a solution to this issue or has anyone else encountered this problem?

I see you have multiple classes. Is it in one, or multiple?

Since you are a teacher account, please be aware that if you end a class, all student accounts in that class will not be able to log in EVER.

I have encountered this problem and could not log in for 1h. Although it might not be the cache that is causing this, I would probably try clearing your cache. I'm afraid that if that doesn't work, you might have to wait for a while.

A student of mine had the same problem. Changing her password had no effect. And it only affected this one student in my class, but several times. In other words, I simply created a new account for her and after a week she was no longer able to log in to it either. When she tried to log in, she was repeatedly asked for her account details and the captcha.

Is their account deleted

Can you provide the username of the student (I know a way to see if it's been deleted)?

As mentioned above, if you end a class, they can no longer log in to their account, although I don't think you did that in this case.
