I Need Help With A Joystick for my rpg someone please tell me how

Have you already checked out Griffpatch's joystick tutorial?

Yes I tried that and it didn’t work, I done it a whole 5 times which took 1 hour each, it only spanned the character but wouldn’t move it

like what type of joystick are you looking at? (CX40STICK… no just kiding)

Why don't you just backpack a sprite from someone who has made it properly, I mean, maybe you made some minor mistake in the scripts, and that is why it wouldn't move the character, so just backpack the sprite, and follow the Griffpatch tutorial on how to implement it to other projects .
