Does anyone do this but for Nintendo?
Are you talking about homebrew for other consoles? If so, yes, though support would vary by console and Nintendos are definitely the most common targets of homebrew.

Can Wii Internet channel run Flash? If Yes possible that it can run x3non - mod of scratch 2.0. If Wii Internet channel can run squeak.js you can run scratch 1.4 on Wii.
yes, the internet channel can run flash, but there is kinda a chance that it won't work, since the internet channel is kinda old and doesn't support newer web functions

True, I think websites nowadays use more advanced security and more advanced code.

Yeah. Most of the time if you try to go to a website on the Internet channel it throws an error about how it is “not secure”. In reality it's too secure (uses a security method that the channel doesn't support and thus, it doesn't know what to do with it.)

Technology is constantly evolving, so is the software itself. It wont be too long until what used to be modern browsers stop working.

Isn’t homebrew illegal?

As @zedthehedgehog said, homebrewing itself is not illegal. Nintendo is very strict with homebrew. On the Wii, your warranty is void (If you brick it, they won't repair it), and on newer consoles, you can actually get banned from using online features, unfortunately. They also have tried quite a few times to remove homebrew (Such as the Bannerbomb patch and Twilight Hack patch).

Though homebrew is not illegal, piracy IS ALWAYS ILLEGAL.
Piracy includes watching downloaded copyrighted movies on a Wii and downloading copyrighted video games and emulating them (i.e played SMB on Fceugx). Making a copy of your disc game (i.e by using CleanRip or USB Loader GX) is not illegal.

I would not worry about your warranty being void. I don't think the warranties are even active anymore. Besides, as long as you install BootMii as Boot2 or Prilloader and a NAND backup. you're pretty well safe from bricks. Just don't download ROMs from the internet. Make archive copies of games you own. You can also download unlicensed ROMs and Homebrew Games, legally. There are a few good ones.

@happyfacesofdylan did you know the Wii’s last update in 2010 was only to remove a couple forms of homebrew?

I finally softmodded my Wii! I made a project showcasing my Wii menu, however it's kinda out of date except not really as all that was missing was some HBC forwarders (because every Wii homebrewer needs at least a few HBC forwarders)

You can never go wrong with a ton of forwarders, makes you look like a “super 1337 cool haxor” LOL
I personally have like 20 on my menu with a few wii wares and virtual console games thrown in

The RiiConnect24 version of Forecast Channel needed an update, so I downloaded the WiiLink version, and now I have the FORE000006 error. I updated all of my American WADs except for Nintendo Channel to WiiLink, so should I uninstall and delete the RiiConnect24 IOS.wad files?

Never mind. I tried removing the IOS, but it won't let me remove IOS 80 so I reinstalled IOS 31 and just uninstalled the RC24 versions and installed all the WiiLink versions a potential 2nd time to make sure that I switch everything to WiiLink. The RC24 Nintendo Channel already updated itself to WiiLink Nintendo Channel, so BEEN fine every since the merger.

Note: IOS80 is the System Menu 4.3 (+ all vWii versions) IOS. Removing it causes a brick that only BootMii/boot2 can fix.
