This is literally listed on Wikipedia, as it is a bootleg fanmade version of the Doraemon Steel Troops 1986 film with it's own, original fanmade plot while using some elements and assets from the actual film.

The problem is that other than that one mention on Wikipedia, a Doraemon Fandom wiki article, a red robot post (which was where I found out about this in the first place), a single youtube video of a 30-second clip and some images, there doesn't exist any other mention of DRW
