How do I upload a sound file?
I do not have garage band, but try to find a button that allows you to export the sound. then tap “save” (you may have to scroll down a bit). select the “save to my ipad” button, and save it. Then go into scratch and click the upload button. Then you can tap the button to view the files on your ipad, select the garage band song, and upload it. you should have the song in scratch now. Hope this helped!

How do I upload a sound file?
I think you might have to record the song and then convert it to a .mp3 file. You can do this by cloning the screen recording into the files app, which you can then access from the browser. You can use cloudconvert or something like that to convert an mp4 file into an mp3 file. Once you download it, you can probably import it to scratch using the button that imports a file. It may open the files app, and the .mp3 file should be in the downloads folder. I hope this helped but I didn't test it because I don't use garageband for music in my games.

How do I upload a sound file?
After saving your song in GarageBand, press on it for a few seconds until you see a menu pop up. Press “Share”. Then, press “Song”. Pick “Uncompressed (WAV)”. And then press “Share”. Press “Save to Files”. Wait for the “Exporting Sounds” screen to finish. Save it somewhere you’d like to access from. Open the scratch editor and import the .wav file. Hope it helps!
However, there is a downside to this. Because the audio is not compressed, your project will take longer to load on other devices.

How do I upload a sound file?
I think I see your issue; you're trying to upload the sound file in the sprite area. You need to go to a specific sprite, navigate to the “Sounds” tab, and upload it from there.
