My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Chrome 125.0.0.0, No Flash version detected

When I try to report something, it just stays on “Sending…” forever without getting sent to the Scratch Team. This is a critical issue due to the fact content breaking Community Guidelines can now be shared and can't be reported, meaning now someone can upload anything (no exceptions) to Scratch and the Scratch Team probably won't know until it's too late and Scratch may have to shut down if this isn't fixed.

It's because Scratch is being slowed down by all of the users using it at the same time, so the only way to report it is by reporting it during a time where Scratch probably isn't used by a lot of people at the same time, which is also a time where Scratch seems to load fast.

This is still a problem!
