What is the new approximate highest project ID scratch has indexed?

Scratch recently updated the scratch indexer, as there are now projects with a ID of 1 billion or higher on the explore page. I just want to know what the new approximate highest ID that is indexed.

Probably around 2 billion seeing as the previous version could go up to 960 million (which I find strange, seeing as the actual integer limit for how many binary digits it has was already over a billion). That, or the indexer limit is now the 30-digit integer limit which is exactly 1,073,741,823. I doubt the second, though since that won't last very long at the current rate of project creation.
I saw the reply above once I finished typing and I don't think I was ninja'd since we had very different answers

How about we assume that the indexing bug is completely fixed until proven otherwise?

That is a hard assumption to make, has there been a complete rework to the indexer, or has it merely been sped up/ had its cycle lengthened?

I'm sure we don't have any idea. We just know that it works now for higher project IDs that it did not work for before. I think it's better to make this assumption until proven otherwise, rather than try to “guess” what the “new limit” is.

It's probably around 2 billion, not 2147483647 because 960 million is not equal to 1073741824.
