Is Animated Text coming?

Title speaks for itself.

A while back, when Scratch Lab was opened, there were two options people had:
1. Animated Text: A sprite can input text in different fonts and animations
2. High Contrast: A setting that makes the colors of scratch blocks and buttons contrast each other so that they can be seen better.

High Contrast was later added, but Animated Text was not. I really think Animated Text would be a good idea, so where is it?

It is close to being added, but still not guaranteed to happen eventually. It has been added to many Scratch-like sites ((removed by moderator - please don't name browser extensions), Turbowarp, Scratch Lab, etc.), however almost no-one can say for certain whether it is truly coming to Scratch, let alone when.

Don't really know what to put here…

It should, it would be extremely helpful for game design.

I agree, though I am just saying, realistically, we just don't know when or if it would. If you wish, you can consider making a suggestion in the suggestion forum.

Both of those fit under Animated Text.

Is Animated Text coming?

I'm not sure, it says that it was last updated in 2021, and its been on scratch labs for a while, all the other 2021 scratch labs stuff like high contrast (i think) were released. new experiments were added, so i don't know if the scratch team forgot it or other experiments are being worked on. I would really like animated text for a cool looking variable reader.

Video sensing was not released. High contrast is the only thing that has actually been added.
