Currently, the balloon do start from the position of rocketship and moves to the edge while following the direction of rocketship. But what is needed is that balloon erupts only from the header of the rocketship.

Help appreciated.

Step 1: Edit your rocket's costumes so it faces to the right, not up
Step 2: Edit your balloon's costumes so it faces to the right, not up
Step 3: Give the balloon set rotation style all around
Step 4: Put Show immediately before the Repeat Until Touching Edge
Step 5: Before you Show, give the balloon a Move 50, so it appears to come into existence at the nose of the rocket

Then you can fiddle with the costume alignments and the value of that Move so the right part of the balloon appears at the rocket's nose.
