For all of you who love Super Smash Bros, introducing Super Scratch Bros! …unfinished. I'm trying to put together a group that will together create the biggest and best Super Smash Bros recreation on Scratch and communicate throught this studio:

The jobs I need people to work in are as followed and rated from a skill level from 1-10 (Unavalible jobs may be crossed out):

Coders

-Programmer: Head of the Coders, makes sure everyone is doing their job. Combines all Sprites to help make final product. (Skill level-8)

-“Clouds”-Maintain and organize Cloud Data. (Skill level-9)

-Idea Creators (Everyone has this job): Creates original (Original meaning that it is your own idea to add into the recreation, and not what is already in the game) ideas and recommends them to members. Must be reasonable recommendations (Ex: Character idea recommended to Character Creators, Stage idea recommended to Stage Creators, ect.). (Skill level-None! Just a mind filled with creativity)

Character Creators

-Character Programmer: I need experts with lots of experience to create movement code corresponding to the Character Designers' ideas. Mainly to code characters. (Skill level-9)

-Character Designer-For this job, I'll need people that can create or find animation Sprites on the internet (and credit them) and set up each move and animation for the character to prepare them for the animator. (Skill level-5)

Menu Creators

-Menu Programmers: Help make game menus. (Skill level-5)

-Menu Designer-Obtains (and credits)/makes menu icons, ect. (Skill level-4)

Stage Creators

-Head of Stages: Organizes Stage Creators, collaborates with Menu programmers to create Stage Select Screen (Skill level-5)

-Stage Designer- Makes stages. (Skill level-6)

Testers

-Head Tester(s): Runs BETA phase, organizes Testers, plays game and reports glitches. (Skill level-4)

-Tester: Runs BETA phase, plays game and reports glitches. (Skill level-3)

-Editors: Fixes glitches. I need sharp eyes and experienced Scratchers to keep a look out for and fix bugs in the code. (Skill level-9)

Good job so far. But I wouldn't bother with cloud variables just yet; that's a pretty complicated thing to do, and you can only get it done with a really good engine, and yours isn't there yet. Keep going, and it could become really good

I'm a really good programmer but i have never done a collar with someone online and I'm not good with graphics. If you need a programmer i can help.

Thanks! The only cloud variable I'm thinking of dealing with is storing a number of battles to a username, almost like a high score, and that's why I'm asking for someone to help manage the cloud data. It will save characters the player unlocks.

Can I be a character creator and tester. I have had Scratch for 3 months, and am decent at art. I suck with programming

When your on the Project Page of a project you shared, copy the link at the top of the page and paste it. However, I already looked at some of your projects and you don't need to. You're in! You will be a tester, and I might have you design some stages. You should have an Invitation to Curate.

I just saw this and I thought it might be fun. I think I will apply for tester. I am a decent coder so I could become one. But I would probably end up being a Imiganator… Either one is fine…

Accepted! For now, I might have you be two jobs, since we're just starting and a bit short on members, so I'll make you a Menu Programmer and Imaginator. Currently, I'm just finishing up the base development project, and with this small of a community, there's not much to do yet, so I'm going to wait on assigning anyone anything, but you can still get a head start and start improving the menus in the base project. You should have an invitation to Curate, where you can find the base project and remix it if you want to start early. Ty!

Super Scratch Bros Eh? Sounds fun im actually doing something like that on my own in school although its named Scratch Battles. I was first thinking to name it Super Scratch Bros but i renamed it because it doesnt have most of Smash Bros mechanics like platforms, items and killing by launching (although its gonna have platforms some day). Heres a link to the demo in case you want to check it out for some reason: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/47329822/. Im not propably gonna have time to help you with that game of yours because of having to work with Scratch Battles and another big game. I wish you luck thou.

Accepted! As of right now, we won't be doing much due to a lack of members, but when we have enough, I'll let you know who to work with. You will be an animator. I'll try to invite you to the studio later.
