Stamping doesnt do in front of sprites

This is a problem ive been having. I was wondering how i could fix this bug?

That’s not a bug, that’s just what stamping it does (it stamps it onto the backdrop).

Stamping is always behind sprites, though there is a suggestion for this:

Unfortunately, anything made using pen blocks always goes behind sprites…
