Do I need to be serious when reporting something
So usually what I do when I report something is the beginning explaining why it’s inappropriate, then I’m not sure what to write so I just type nonsensical garbage, do I need to be professional when reporting stuff?

So usually what I do when I report something is the beginning explaining why it’s inappropriateThis is all you need. You don't need to be “professional,” but at least make it clear why you are reporting the content. Nonsensical garbage seems like it won't make much sense to the moderators.

Please don't use nonsensical garbage, because that can come across as abuse of the flagging system, which means you could end up being notified for behavior and/or your ticket closed. This especially true for projects where the content might not be so obvious.

Still, I think you need at least some explanation and context when reporting, not overly verbose but not that vague.

says the person with “Last edited by kaj (Tomorrow 0:00:00)” in their post The person did admit to it being a fake shortly after they released it, so no harm done, and therefore little legal basis for a fraud claim…Fraud is a criminal offense that can be charged 3-10 years in prison#7cap was correctly called. of course it was ai written
