I have seen multiple projects get featured, and sometimes I wonder how do they get featured? Is it because it's related to the topics that go on that week/month? Or is it just special?

There's a studio, add your project to that. Please note that not all projects get featured. It is rarely related to the current SDS, but it can be.

people request projects to be added to the Propose Projects to be Featured studio, where a curator will add them to the studio, and the Scratch Team considers what projects they want to feature.

if you want to add a project, remember to read the description of the studio (you cannot ask for your own project to be added)
