How to convert Executable ( exe ) files into sb3 files online?

I cannot find a exe to sb3 converter online to run some files…
Does somebody know one?

exe cannot convert to sb3, as exe has control over your computers systems while scratch doesn't

all sb3s can be exes, but not all exes can be sb3s

An .exe file can do a lot that scratch can't. For a start .exe files can read and write to files. The scratch team wouldn't allow this to ever work in scratch because someone could just share a project which hacks the user. Exe files also can't run in a web-browser and I doubt the scratch team would want to implement that.

On the other hand Turbowarp can read and write files and do a lot of things .exe can do. In theory this could be done it someone made a tool for it…

Plain executables are very different from SB3s that are compiled by something like TurboWarp. This feature would be unfeasible to make

Actually, this does exist. It's called Turbowarp Unpackager:

It only works for files that were made with Turbowarp Packager or HTMLifier.

You can't convert any random .exe file to a .sb3– they're very different. You can convert a .sb3 to an .exe with TurboWarp. You can convert an .exe that came FROM a .sb3 with this: https://turbowarp.github.io/unpackager/

Every .sb3 file can be converted to an .exe file, but not every .exe file to an .sb3 project, so this is impossible.

Ok so this would be nearly impossible because sb3 is just a windows media player that you can import into scratch but I have an idea so with htmlifier you can convert sb3 files to htmls and last time I checked I may be wrong but can you convert html files to sb3's? because I know html's can do things like have custom cursers, hide cursors and more that we prob aren't aware of. so I was thinking can we we just grab the html's and convert those to exe files
