Depends on the nature of the comments. If they're really bad, the ban could be permanent.

comments that violate the CGs on extreme levels. good examples are people bypassing swears, queerphobia, and inappropriate roleplay.

If they're violent, hateful, inappropriate, or scam bots, then yes. For minor violations, I don't think so. Reporting the same comment over and over won't make it more likely to get taken down, and neither will it notify them more. It doesn't matter how many times you reported it, it matters whether or not it breaks the rules

but then again, I can also get away with saying “I robbed the bank” which is also highly illegal
