I think you should add something about the text editor on the wiki! Some people would probably find it useful.

This section is said as if it was talking about the navigation bar, while it talks about the footer.

The forums is also under “Community” and “Community Guidelines”.

No, it's talking about the thing at the top of the forums where it says “Discussion Home” right under “Discuss Scratch” with “Show new posts since last visit” at the right.

Bumping this. Should this be a wiki page? Or is there already one about this that got removed? I also noticed that there isn't an explanation of how project IDs work on the project wiki page.
