Annnnnnd we have a whole page of @medians bumping this topic (so far).
Anyways, this seems to be kind of implemented (it works with variables, for example), but it doesn't work with other things that had this feature in 2.0. I don't really see any downsides to this, other than it takes time to do (but then again, that's for every suggestion).

Also, it could also apply to other blocks:
set x to ()
change x by ()
set y to ()
change y by ()
