My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Firefox 125.0, No Flash version detected

I cannot create new classes in my teacher account. I have tried Firefox (my preferred browser) and Chrome. I created one class last year and one so far this year a few weeks ago. Yesterday, I was unable to use scratch with a “new” class because I was unable to add it. Now the ability to add classes is completely gone from my classes page. According to the web page (and from my memory) the My Classes page is supposed to have a +Class option. What is going on?

contact scratch support. this is extremely unusual, i don't think there’s a class cap and if there is it definitely isn’t 1
this is coming from someone who doesn’t have a teacher account and only reads the scratch wiki and forums for information so take this with a grain of salt
