Both games are made by Nintendo, so yes (all Nintendo made games will work)

Also, if you're wanting to perform a system transfer on 3DS/2DS families for Pretendo, well… you're out of luck, because of this reason, and one being that the project is in beta.

I thought that it was supposed to be discontinued after the eclipse or before it happened yesterday. That's when all online servers shut down, including NN (Nintendo Network).
Anyways, I haven't been paying attention much to eShop and Nintendo Network, except recovering my ID password.
