Censoring isn't defaming or stalking and “and unlawful way” isn't banning censoring, unless is says somewhere else that I didn't read. Depending on the use, it can be harassing but in my case it's not.

Depends on the usage. We usually censor if the word is obvious to figure out or used as a way to cheat the filter to attack another user.

The above example you gave would not be fine, since it's cheating the filter to swear.

For projects, it depends. We give some leeway for cartoon censoring, but it still depends on the context of the project.
