Need Artist for Skyrim-themed games

Can i make the art in places other than scratch editor or did you want vector?

i havent started and just a heads up, realistic is rather hard to animate without special programs, which I dont have

alr, well I own like, several shops so I'll be working on this in free time, but I will at least do some of it.
