scratch slider variable limit

So, I was confused trying to set a limit. I saw this Google that you right click. For me it changed types of variable. When I looked at another it said to hold and then it will show me a menu the last one said limit variable but when I tried to do it it didn’t work. I feel that I need some help on this stuff.

If you have a mouse, then right click it and choose “Change Slider Range”. If you use touch screen instead, hold it with your finger and choose “Change Slider Range”.

You can't change slider ranges with touch at all (holding does nothing and doubletapping instantly changes the monitor type). nvm

I am on iOS touch doesn’t work this is confusing I need the scratch team.

That's because for whatever reason, Apple doesn't allow Scratch to detect your finger holding down on the variable.
