Technically scratch is for all ages, there is always a risk of young children seeing something they shouldn't. However this risk is small and it should be okay unless you use the PM feaure to share anything private. Report any malicious actvity.

i heard roblox's pm is safer than scratch's comment(in project) and say blocks

But I wouldn’t recommend it, as that platform… wowza. Certain parts of it can be really bad.
