Is calling someone out for being a really trash jerk harrassment?

Last year, I was banned for a week, for calling someone out for being a jerk towards a ADHD studio. They were not very nice, and even at one point called a person a R word. This personally hurt me because I also have ADHD. They were banned for this but they merely made another account. I called them out for this and told them how much of a trashy person they were. I made a project to also call them out for their rude and trash behavior towards ADHD people and asked in said project for them to be IP banned. Exactly two days later I received a week ban for harassing a person.

I would like to know if calling someone out for very discriminating behavior towards others is against the TOS or Community Guidelines

By doing a “callout”, you technically gossip even if there is evidence to confirm the claims. Which yes, the community guidelines don't allow.

Calling them out escalates it further, you should probably just report silently and leave it be. (Try not to forget like I do)

Even if gossiping was allowed in here, I wouldnt recommend doing callout posts on those kinds of people, as its just feeding them attention.

The best countermeasures against an internet troll is to report them, block them and move on.
