Well, In The Search Bar, They Can Search Up videos with /videos Then, There’s Videos! But How Are The Videos Made?If YouTube is too complicated for someone, how would Scratch YouTube be any less complicated for them? And, if Scratch is too complicated for someone, why would they be making Scratch tutorials in the first place? Why not just use the current versions of Scratch or YouTube to share tutorials?Because that is really confusing and complicated to do for new users, plus beginners use school computers to do so and they can't download certain things from the foundation.
Well, When You Create Projects, Nad Studio! Add A Button Called “Create Video” And That’s My Idea!

Can’t We Just Approve ScratchTube? Why do we need a scratch youtube? If it's for the tutorials page then sure it would work. I'm not understanding this because it's too much of a long post and I would love a TD;LR.
Sorry about the long post. This is suppose to feature the Community Guidelines and to teach people how to do things here on Scratch.
Ohhh. Okay. Support because good.

No support, YouTubers that do scratch videos like griffpatch and Jackson Academy would be confused what happened to their yt income, views and subscribers. And I doubt scratch can afford to implement a whole earning system. So it could mess up a few peoples income.

There is a scratch YT channel.
AND
A tutorial page on Explore in the web
Link to tutorials page: https://scratch.mit.edu/explore/projects/tutorials/
So people that don't have YouTube or their parents don't allow them to have YT
can just use the tutorial on Scratch.

Also, you kinda need an editing tool to make decent videos, and not everyone has those, and Scratch doesn't have resources to create one themselves.
Also you need a screen recorder.
Also, the file size would be very high, a 2:45 GD video is 200+MB
Also you need a screen recorder.

This is not particularly useful though, as tutorials can be made using projects, which also have more benefits compared to using videos (e.g: being able to modify the tutorial, include examples within the tutorial).
