Ppl can still chat so long as there is no open order and they arent supposed to complete an order. The only reason i talk is clarification and im kinda the owner theres like 5 new suggestions a day

The shop has been in need of a co-manager or co-owner, and I've been thinking about this decision for weeks. I've reached out to a select few of you to decide who would be most suited for the position, and I've made my choice.

Co-owner takes own the owners responsibilities when the owner of the shop is not present, such as:
- disciplining employees when a rule is broken
- keeping track of handed-out disciplinary strikes to employees either within scratch or off scratch, since they technically can't alter the OP
- Managing the shop and making sure we stay on track
- And generally being a good guy/gal/toaster.

Remember we are a family, and even if I didn't choose you, I still care about you. Ther are other office positions that need to be either refilled or replaced. If you wish for an office position speak to me on my profile.
