maybe about ten? it can get bigger as it goes on, but ten seems like a good number for the first session. if not, maybe about five or even fifteen. idk that much okay ._."

for spring- forest (like fairies and trolls and evergreen blah blah)
for summer- pirate expedition on the beach! ohohoho
for fall- ummmm idk :0
for winter- a murder mystery in a apparently cozy winter cottage, extra activity hehehe- even harder in the harsh snow

oo okay, maybe instead of feb thats hard because jan is jwc and march is swc so maybe dec? but ig it is kind of src slkdfjsdlkfjsdlk as for writing i did already put ‘creative writing’ which is pretty similar but yes i can change that to just writing

and for weeklies, dailies and weekendlies would you prefer to do weeklies, weekendlies, none or both?

oo alr!! also for theme i meant just this session since its going to change every session prob

but i think having a pirate/ship idea is awesome! im going to start writing a blurb on what eac is real quick. as for cabins maybe 5? since its the first session i dont think lots are going to apply haha but we could do some small advertising?

“Evergreen Arts Camp, also abbreviated as EAC is a bi-annual camp that takes place in promotes different types of art that are less common. Alongside with drawing, this camp also includes photography, (creative) writing, songwriting and more! This camp takes place in June and December in the first year and the next year it takes place in Sept and May then repeat! In this camp you learn how to explore different arts, make new everlasting friendships and learn new things in a fun and exciting way. There are also activities like dailies, weeklies and weekendlies. Campers set themselves a goal for a specific amount of dailies, weeklies and/or weekendlies they want to complete, even if its only a couple we all will still support them in ways that vary. In these activities, learn to branch out and try new things that you wouldn't do normally. Cabins have fun and safe environments where you can call them home.”

by the way for leader apps, what questions should we include?

yeah that's all amazing! waterish theme would probably be better, as leaders could come up with storylines such as “lost at sea” or even “mermaid adventures.” cabin wars-ish could be like a kraken/sea monster destroying the cabin, and there can be a theme mascot such as a certain little turtle… *gurtle theme song plays*

yep!! i doubt we'll have that many leader apps considering if its our first time hosting a camp and its a new camp usually we dont get many applications so we'll do co leaders if theres enough applicants and maybe 5 ish cabins for now, we could lead one as well <3

great! make sure to post them in around 4 days

for the committees, how about we both lead the dailies one since its pretty big (and i think we might want to cut off weekendlies or weeklies since it would be wayyy too much work especially since theres probably only going to be 3-4 campers in each cabin) and one of us could lead the mbc?

ok! i think we should keep dailies and maaaaybe keep weekendlies since they occur only like four times per session. for mbc, maybe set up a recommendation station? so if we get a few entries we can just use a few of those and some others. should we make a separate forum for dailies/weekendlies?

okay great! do you want me or you to be the mbc committee leader? and yes we should make separate forums, if your going to lead the mbc committee then i should make the writing committee forum or vice versa

also who should make the main cabin? im free to set it up
(i would be interested in making the thumbnail if thats okay
