What happened to the April fools block?

Guys what happen? I remember every year the starting scratch block becomes a like cat block. Why didn’t that not happen this year for me?

Presumably due to the development team being stretched pretty thin. They need to prioritize development of the core features and keeping the website running over features that only appear for one day.
