Yeah, it was on the explore page and plus there's an clap button that plays the scratch cat sound i found on projects

Yes, it's a browser extension feature. I can't figure out how to get it, though.

Whoops, sorry. That extension is where the jokes on top of the explore page are coming from, so if you use it, then you'll see it.
(not nono word, the other one)
