are these words allowed on the forums?

so, most people know that ST don't consider certain words to be swear words (see TOLORS), including damn and crap. my suggestion to remove the old forum filter for consistency, since it only censored 2 words (damn and crap, which I am using bypasses here for as it'd become * and *), just got rejected, although the wording of the suggestion is quite confusing. does it mean it is punishable to say those 2 words on the forums, even though they have been explicitly allowed, or do ST just want to make it less convenient to do?

From previous cases, I believe that while you can say those 2 words, you cant bypass them, and as the forum filter prevents you from saying them without a bypass, no, you are physically incapable of saying them.

(I think it was because saying it with a bypass would share methods of bypass or something)

People bypass all the time (like in the OP) with no issues.

As far as I'm aware, it is not allowed to try to bypass the forum filter in an attempt to say these words (or any other words blocked by the forum filter).

This is my forum signature! On a forum post, it is okay for Scratchers to advertise in their forum signature. The signature is the stuff that shows up below the horizontal line on the post. It will show up on every post I make.
