The current version of Scratch (3.0) does not use Adobe Flash at all. (However, Scratch 2.0 does, and Ruffle can somewhat run it.)

in the loosest form of the word, it “”works“” on scratch. the forums recognise it as flash and it does not cause any bugs with scratch, so you could say it “works”.

My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Firefox 124.0, Flash 32.0 (release 0)

however, scratch 3 doesn't use flash, so it's entirely useless on the scratch website (altho scratch 2 did use flash and ruffle can run it, altho with a few issues)

no, because scratch projects are not made in flash
