How do you add multiple hitboxes to a sprite?

That's what I mean. I have multiple costumes and I need Hitboxes for each one. It's the coding aspect I mean.

SO basically add a box around your sprite and then make in so its not visible and the width is thick then you do when lets say a ball touches colour black remove 10 hp
