I think the game is supposed to be an upside-down platformer. But I don't see what's wrong.

SO the map is stuck at the top and idk how to fix it its not supposed to teleport to the top can anyone help me.

You're not initialising Yv anywhere. It's starting with a huge value, causing at least some of the problem here.

In the levels sprite, insert an initialiser for Yv at the top of the green flag script…

when green flag clicked
set [Yv v] to (0)
go to x: (0) y: (-3)
continue with the rest of the script here...
